KEAM 2014 - Entrance Exam
KEAM will conduct KCEE 2014 for admissions into engineering undergraduate courses in the state of Kerala. The exam will be conducted on 21 and 22 April 2014 for candidates who want to pursue B.Tech. as higher education. Kerala CEE 2014 will consider private, government, government aided colleges.

Selection Basis
Candidates would be selected through a merit list. The merit list will be prepared by taking into consideration KCEE 2014 score and class XII marks collectively in 50:50 ratio. Selected candidates would be considered for counselling and seat allotment process.
Exam Pattern
· Total number of questions is 120.
· Two papers, Paper 1 of Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 of Math.
· Duration of the exam is 150 minutes.
· Total marks in the examination is 480.
· Every correct answer will get 4 marks.
· Every wrong answer will get -1 mark.
· For questions that are not attempted, no marks will be given or deducted.
Eligibility Criteria
· Candidate must have qualified class XII from a state or central recognized board.
· Candidate must have scored 50% in Math and 50% collectively in Physics and Chemistry.
· Engineering diploma candidates are equally eligible if they have scored 50% in the course.
· By December 2013, candidate must have completed 17 years.
Online Registration, Application Form
Online registration process for KCEE 2014 will commence around January 2014. Candidates have to register themselves online on the official website. They are required to provide true credentials in the application form. Afterwards, fees can be paid in online mode as well as offline mode. Send the printout of the application form along with the necessary affixed documents and other specified documents to the CEE office below. Fees of the application is Rs.700 for general category and Rs.350 for SC/ST category and it can be paid via demand draft or cash payment at designated post offices.
