EAMCET 2014 Application Form
Candidates have to fill an application form to apply for EAMCET 2014. The process of filling application form is completely online where candidates have to visit the official website of EAMCET to complete the process. Also, candidates have to remit the application fees of Rs.250.
Process of Application Form
Candidates must keep the following documents handy while filling the application form:
• Date of birth certificate
• PH, NCC, Sports documents
• Income information of the parents (more or less than 2 lakh annually)
• Address proof
• Caste certificate (SC,ST,OBC)
• Admit Card of SSC, HSC or equivalent
Candidates must also bring the above said documents to the counselling where they will be cross-examined for verification purpose.
Remission of Fee
Candidates have to remit the application fee to complete the process of application form. The fees can be paid in cash or through credit card or debit card. Also, they may approach AP online, e-seva or mee-seva centers to pay the fee. Fee must be paid only in prescribed mode and no other mode must be chosen else the form will be rejected right-away.
Steps To Fill The Form
• Open the official website of EAMCET.
• Navigate to apply online link to locate the application form.
• Fill the information correctly and verify all the fields.
• Submit the application form.
• Choose the payment mode from the available list.
• Make the payment and generate two printouts of the application form.
• On submission of the application form, candidates will be assigned a unique registration number.
• Keep safe of the registration number because it will be used in the further admission process.
Admit Card
Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of EAMCET after completing the application submission process successfully. To download the admit card, candidates are required to enter the application number, date of birth in the required fields. It is necessary to bring the admit card to the examination hall, failing to which candidate would not be allowed to sit in the exam. Also, along with the admit card, candidate must ensure that it carries a valid photo ID proof (license, voter ID card, ration card etc.). No mutilation or alteration of information must be made on the admit card since it’s an important identification document. If any error or misprint is found on the admit card, candidate must inform EAMCET officials immediately.
